We reply
We read your request and get back to you about your piece.
A request isn’t an order or a payment. Nothing is made or charged just because you sent the form.
Pickup and your token
Free with your 3D print token. Bring it when you pick up.
If you need to know where or when to collect, ask in your request.
Shipping, returns and sizes
We haven’t listed shipping options, a returns policy, sizes or colours on the site yet. If any of these matter for your piece, ask in your request and we’ll answer for that piece.
Your details
The request form asks only for your name, a way to reply and your message. We never need card details or passwords, so please don’t include them.
